In January 2017 the Salon International de la Lingerie will reveal “Uncover” – an alternative selection of lingerie.
From 21 to 23 January 2017 the Salon International de la Lingerie will unveil today’s most inspired lingerie in UNCOVER, a new exclusive space.
Eurovet has given carte blanche to Matthieu Pinet, founder of the online gallery-boutique The Shape of the Season, to create this alternative format and curate a bold, avant-garde product selection from both the best known names and those under the radar. Using his expert eye and years of experience in ready-to-wear, Mr Pinet will present an original, eclectic vision of the indus-try that’s in sync with today’s fashion-focused consumer behaviour.
UNCOVER’s minimalist and sophisticated format will present 40 lingerie, corsetry, loungewear, sportswear, and beauty brands. This new approach to showcasing and mixing products will bring a new interpretation of style and a new concept of modernity. Like a laboratory, UNCOVER will investigate and reveal tomorrow’s trends – and in a setting designed to inspire. Throughout the year communications campaigns will target the press, influencers, and general public.
To illustrate this innovative approach, Antoine Grulier, an ESAA and Ecole Duperré Paris graduate and recent winner at the Design Parade Festival (Villa Noailles) has created the first UNCOVER campaign.
