5 P.M. : LINGERIE & SWIM Spring/Summer 2012 Trends seminar by Group Carlin International for swimwear brands

The seminar will unveil Spring/Summer 2012 trends for the design teams of exhibiting brands.

CURVE and CFDA: a Party for a Cause

Please join CURVExpo and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) on August 2, 2010 from 6pm – 7pm to celebrate the newly formed partnership promoting fashion designers in lingerie, swimwear and men’s underwear at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center located at 655 West 34th street.
 
This event marks the launch of the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC) 2011 campaign, the CFDA’s charitable initiative which will be embraced by the CURVExpo community (brands and retailers alike) on a worldwide basis.

Speakers at this event:


- Betsey Johnson – Honorary Chairperson for FTBC
- Carole Hochman – Designer and CFDA Member
- Josie Natori – Designer and CFDA Member
- Steven Kolb – CFDA Executive Director
- Jean – Luc Teinturier – CURVExpo President
Carole Hochman Group, Chantelle, Cosabella, Hanky Panky, Le Mystere, Natori Company and Wacoal have agreed to join CurveExpo’s efforts to support FTBC and will take a leadership role on the FTBC advisory committee for 2011 planning.

Gifts from the CFDA and its Members will be included in a raffle taking place that evening; $10 tickets will be available as of August 1 on the CURVExpo website (curvexpo.com). 100% of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (cfda.com).
